DELIVERY

Allofmyheart Ltd is a small family run business based in The Cotswolds in the UK
We aim to get you orders to you a speedily as possible with most orders being despatched within 24 hours and many despatched same day. We will contact you should we anticipate any sort of extended delay.
Almost all orders are sent via first class post (airmail for non UK orders) and may require a signature upon delivery.

DEADLINES
As many gifts are obviously for Wedding, birthdays, anniversaries etc which are time critical do let us know if you have a deadline, equally if you need something in a real hurry let us know so we can do our best to ensure your item is with you in good time

YOUR ADDRESS
To help us get your package to you as quickly as possible please double check your postal address to ensure that it includes house number or name, street, town and postcode.
If being sent to a works address please ensure the company name is included.
Due to an increasing level of "lost" packages, where an address other than your home address is chosen for delivery e.g a business or work address, we do not accept responsibility should it not reach you therefore we strongly recommend you chose the recorded delivery option when selecting your shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard shipping is by airmail.
Target delivery times
Within Europe aprox 3-5 working days from day of despatch
Rest of the World aprox 7-10 working days from day of despatch
Caveat Emptor. Please note that whilst we will ship to many locations around the world we have no control over Customs/Border control and postal delivery within any given country.
As such we accept no responsibilty for late/non arrival of any order to be delivered outside of the UK.

VAT ON FOR NON EEC ORDERS.
Items being sent to non EEC addresses please enter the code "VAT" into the discount code box to have the Vat removed from your purchase (This code is also open to Channel Islands customers that enter Channel Islands as the country of delivery). This is not available to UK and EEC customers

SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are dependant upon weight and destination, starting at £1.95 for the UK, and £3.95 for the rest of the world. The actual charges are shown before checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery but before you are asked to confirm the order.

COURIER SERVICE
We do not offer a Courier service as standard. It can be arranged on an individual basis.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
This service is only available on lighter weight orders
Royal Mail guarantee normal Next Day deliveries on Monday to Friday only.
Royal Mail add an additional flat fee of £2.00 for Next Day deliveries required for a Saturday, this is reflected in our shipping cost for this option.
2pm is our order deadline to have an item delivered the following day. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed.
e.g.
Next Day order placed Monday 1pm - delivery for Tuesday
Next Day order placed Monday 3pm - delivery for Wednesday
Next Day order placed Friday anytime - delivery for Monday
Saturday Next day order placed Friday 1pm - delivery for Saturday
Saturday Next day order placed 3pm Friday - delivery for Monday
